Priyanka Nair
Priyanka Nair is an architect and long-term resident of Sharjah, a city she deeply admires and continues to learn from. She holds an undergraduate degree in Architecture from NITTE Institute of Architecture, Mangalore. Over the past four years, Priyanka has worked in marketing and research within the architecture and interior design industry, gaining deep insights into stakeholder engagement, vendor collaboration, and the dynamics of successful event execution. Her creative practice often begins with observations which she later translates into sketches, collages, and written pieces exploring the relationship between people, place, and the environment. As Events Coordinator at the Sharjah Architecture Triennial, Priyanka focuses on developing and delivering public programming that reflects the Triennial’s ethos. She views this role as a meaningful opportunity to connect communities, foster dialogue, and celebrate the evolving narratives of Sharjah’s built and cultural landscapes.

بريانكا ناير مهندسة معمارية مقيمة في الشارقة، المدينة التي تكن لها تقديراً كبيراً وتواصل التعلم منها. نالت درجة البكالوريوس من معهد نيتي للعمارة في مانغالور، وعملت على مدار الأعوام الأربع الماضية في مجالي التسويق والبحث في العمارة والتصميم الداخلي، حيث اكتسبت فهماً أعمق لبناء العلاقات مع الأطراف المعنية والتعاون مع الموردين وآليات الإنتاج الناجح للفعاليات. تنطلق ممارستها الإبداعية من الملاحظة، التي تتحول بين يديها إلى رسوم تخطيطية وكولاجات ونصوص مكتوبة، تستكشف من خلالها العلاقة بين الإنسان والمكان والبيئة. بصفتها منسقة للفعاليات في ترينالي الشارقة للعمارة، تعمل على تطوير برامج عامة تعبر عن روح الترينالي. ترى بريانكا عملها فرصة لربط المجتمعات وتشجيع الحوار والاحتفاء بالسرديات المتجددة للمشهدين المعماري والثقافي في الشارقة.
