Yousef Taalab
Yousef Taalab is an Architect with a background in large-scale infrastructure and exhibition projects. As an Architect and Production Coordinator at Sharjah Architecture Triennial (SAT), he supports the planning and delivery of complex events and exhibitions, including editions of the Sharjah Architecture Triennial and Sharjah Biennial by Sharjah Art Foundation (SAF). His role focuses on coordinating production workflows, managing logistics, and ensuring quality execution within time and budget constraints.
He began his career with the Engineering Authority of the Egyptian Armed Forces, where he worked on military infrastructure projects. This early experience helped develop a methodical approach to design and project coordination, which continues to inform his work today.
Yousef is particularly interested in finding practical, cost-effective solutions that maintain design integrity. His work sits at the intersection of architecture and production, balancing creative ambition with the realities of materials, timelines, and resources.
